L’Oreal POWDER FOUNDATION Infallible – Does it live up to the HYPE?!
I was finally able to find a color that worked for me in the sold out L’Oreal Powder Foundation. This product went viral on Tiktok and then of course was sold out everywhere. The stores by me only had 2 shades which were too dark for me. But I was able to order it online from Target. And it was also cheaper at Target!
Unfortantely L’Oreal is not cruelty free. This is made in the USA of US and imported materials. If you are sensitive, this does contain Dimethicone.
I have dry skin and am in my 40’s for reference. I tried this will using impression I do have dry skin so what I’ve put on the Milani Green Goddess Oil first and then put Elf Mint Melt primer on my nose and chin area.
The product says that you apply it with the included sponge applicator and that you can use this wet for a full coverage or dry for a medium coverage. I used a dry sponge on one side of my face and a wet sponge on the other. To be honest I didn’t see a huge difference. It is really lightweight, doesn’t really feel like you have a product on your face but does provide coverage.
I did wear it for about five hours and included wearing a mask for a little bit. It did not transfer onto the mask. However I do not feel this is a good product if you have dry or texture skin at all. It just settled into my fine lines and showed my pores.
I am going to continue to use it with different moisturizers/primers but not impressed so far. For more first impressions and product reviews you can check out my Youtube Channel.
