Pacifica Beauty

I was searching for talc free brands and Pacifica was one that came up in search results. I didn’t know much about the brand so decided to learn more.

All their items are talc free, cruelty free and 100% vegan. Most are made in the USA except for a few palettes, sample bags and eye pencils.

Besides being a clean brand, the other thing that impresses me about Pacifica is they have a recycling program. I have not used up my products yet to test out the program but plan to. They partnered with Preserve. When your product is empty, clean out the container. Log onto their site, tell them which product you are sending back. They will then send you a pre-paid shipping label. Once you send in the item(s) you will also receive 100 loyalty points. And who doesn’t love points towards more makeup!

The company was founded in 1997 and is curently headquartered in Portland, Oregon. It is privately held. Brook Harvey-Taylor is the president.

The 3 products I have is the Love Stoned palette, color lip tint in blood orange and the concealer.

The Love Stoned palette is available for $21.00. I noticed the matte colors have no fall out, the shimmers have a little. If you want to have a more intense color put a concealer or eye primer on first. This will also make the shadows more long wear.

Color quench lip tint in blood orange $5.00 I love this! It is so creamy and feels so moisturizing on the lips. And I can’t talk about this without mentioned the scent, if you like oranges you will love this. It is fragrant without being overpowering.

Concealer is $13.00. This was ok for me, I won’t repurchase when I have used it all up. I am still on the hunt for my holy grail concealer. This does cover, have little break down and little scent.
